North City

This region is frigid and snowy. Its terrain is covered in dense forests while the far north is mountainous and near-glacial. North City is the largest city of the Northern Province of Amestris. It is isolated and supports all government/ military operations in the region.

Briggs Fortress

This fortress takes its name from the mountain range upon which it is built. The Briggs Mountains are the range that separate the two lands of Drachma and Amestris. The soldiers stationed here are of the State Military's most distinguished garrison. The environment here is brutal and snowy year-round. The Briggs are home to below zero temps in the winter, trecherous terrain, but the conniferous trees here are home also to rabbits, deer, wolves and grizzly bears.
